Delivery options & charges
For national and international deliveries, we use Correos España (Spanish Post Office) legally called “Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A., S.M.E.” Therefore, when the goods get to your country, the company that is going to deliver you the package is your national (local) Post Service. Here we write some examples in the most common countries: USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, DHL in Germany, Correos in Spain, etc.
The cost of the shipping will be displayed on the checkout page before you pay for the products.
If for some reason you need the product as soon as possible or you prefer that we send it using another express courier, contact us and we will be happy to help.
How is the process of delivery?
In general, as soon as you place the order and receive a confirmation email, we intend to ship it within one or two working days. Then you will receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking number which will allow you to follow your delivery.
In case you place an order of a personalizable item, such as the shifters, we start with the personalization process and we will keep you informed all the way. The first step is to make the custom badge with the serial number and the name you choose. The second step is to take some pictures of your own item, create the shipping label and send you the pictures and the tracking link to your email. To continue the process, we pack it and send it the following business day. For this process allow us between 2 to 3 days from the time you order it to the time we give the package to the courier.

The delivery time for orders within the Canary Islands is between 3 to 7 days. Mainland Spain is between 7 to 15 days. Countries within the European Union between 20 to 30 days. America is between 20 to 30 days. Asia/Oceania between 20 to 35 days.
Please note that during a period of exceptional demand, there may be some delay in the timing shown above. We endeavour to minimise delays, and we will keep you informed if anything happens.
Taxes and customs
All prices indicated for products and services available via www.rzrfactory.com are excluded from VAT.
For ALL the orders, the invoice will be excluded from VAT (taxes) because we are based in the Canary Islands, Spain.
The Canary Islands are not part of Community territory for the purposes of VAT (Article 6 of VAT Directive).
The harmonised rules on VAT do not apply to the Canary Islands and the application of turnover taxes is a matter for the national or local authorities subject to respect for the general principles of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and, notably, the absence of discrimination in the taxation of products.
VAT does not exist in the Canary Islands but there is a local consumer tax known as the IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto de Canarias – Canaries General Indirect Tax) applied at several different rates. There is also another consumer tax known as the AIEM, which is discussed below.
This means that when you buy in our online shop we won’t charge you the VAT. Instead, the courier may charge you the VAT.
We will declare the pre-tax value of the package in EUR, and the recipient will be responsible for any duties and other charges which may be due. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and so to be absolutely clear we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that occasionally international shipments are subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities which may result in additional charges.
If your item is within 15 days of return guarantee – within 15 days of receipt and in perfect condition – you can return it to us for a replacement or a refund. Be aware that if the item is not faulty, the customer will assume the return postage cost.
Once you have received the item, you can return it using your national postal service – ensuring you use a trackable service – and we will refund the cost on receipt of the item.
